If you're looking for a way to turn your an idea into an actual, functioning, impactful event that will achieve the objectives you need for your organisation - this is for you. I’ll work with you from the very beginning to brainstorm how we can turn your idea into an event reality (or virtual reality!). And then put a plan in place to deliver it end-to-end.

Management

You’ve already got an event in the pipeline, or it might be a recurring event you do every year but you need extra resource to deliver it. Or it might be that you want a fresh pair of eyes to take a look and would like it to be reviewed, or might be as simple as the day to day management and onsite (or online) running of the event. Sustainability

Although I’m a huge advocate of the importance of events, I do recognise events are incredibly wasteful. Whilst Events for Impact likes to focus on the positive impacts, I’m well aware of the negative ones too. It’s important to acknowledge and one of the key reasons why I set up this consultancy and service company. Leadership

The past few years of my events career have led me to another passion. Leadership and people development. I’ve managed global teams of 27 across three continents and all the joy and issues that go with it. I am able to step into interim and covering contracts to help lead, develop and nurture small to large teams, support with process and guidance and build honest and open relationships quickly. I understand the world of events in both agency and in-house, it’s high pressured with unique issues and varied personalities and that understand supports my HR approach. Happy to consult small to medium agencies or in-house teams to support people management and delivery.
