The events industry has always been fast paced and constantly changing but surely not more so than during recent events (you know, just that covid 19 thing). Overnight, event managers either came to a standstill or went full steam ahead into a virtual world. I was the latter. I do love a challenge. It was a steep learning curve but I can't help looking at the positives virtual events have given us. So I had a sofa chat with Live Union during one of their Virtual Interesting events to talk about it, and how Arm (my client at the time) had switched everything to virtual!
